Vegan Dinner

$45 – $80The Outer Banks Brewing Station invites you to enjoy a 5 Course Vegan Dinner with Chef Tony Duman as he navigates you through his secrets of vegan cooking. Jay Ammons, our head bartender, will dazzle you with his knowledge of his crafted beverages.
First Course –
Carrot Lox, everything vegan cream cheese, diced red onion and vegan caviar over crostini’s
Cocktail- Kill Devil Spiced Rum, muddled basil, lemon juice, gingerale
Second Course-
Shaved fennel & asparagus salad with grapefruit, fresh herbs, and a mint vinaigrette
Cocktail- Disaronno, beet juice, soda water, lemon zest
Third Course-
Smashed potatoes & arugula tossed with chimichurri, topped with a portobello steak
Cocktail- Momentum Carolina vodka, muddled sweet corn, muddled cucumbers, water
Fourth Course-
Tofu Salmon with celery root puree and an apple slaw
Cocktail – Prosecco, grapefruit juice, orange zest
Fifth Course-
Ube crème brulee
Cocktail – Ashley’s espresso coffee, Disaronno velvet
This event is located in our private upstairs dining room (elevator service is not provided). If you will be attending with other ticket holders and want to sit together, please e-mail admin@obbrewing.com with the last names of those you would like to sit with and total number of people in the party so we can try to accommodate you.
