Triple “D” Happy Hour Tour
March 18, 2016 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
$50 – $73.50When Guy Fieri visited the Outer Banks just a few years ago, he stopped at some of the best restaurants on the East Coast! This is your chance to follow in the footsteps of the famous Food Network TV host. You will visit three (3) of these restaurants and sample the food and drink that made them famous featured on Guy’s featured show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives!
We’ll launch on 2 buses where 40 guests (20 per bus) will get a scenic tour of the Outer Banks on their way to visit these great restaurants. We will meet at 1:30pm at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in KDH where we will board and begin.
First stop is Ortega’z in historic downtown Manteo on Roanoke Island. At Ortega’z you will enjoy 2 Guy Fieri approved fish tacos and a special margarita. Our next stop will be back up the beach to The Black Pelican in Kitty Hawk for a sample of their Wanchese Fisherman’s Risotto and a cocktail. And last but certainly not least, the tour will proceed to The Outer Banks Brewing Station in the heart of Kill Devil Hills where you will enjoy a small plate portion of their famous shrimp ‘n grits and “the Flight” which consists of 4 handcrafted 5oz. beers, all brewed on premise under the famous turbine. We’ll take you back to the Ramada Plaza afterwards (of course!)
The ticket price includes your food, drink, and transportation. Please bring some pocket cash for tipping your servers. The bus is BYOB beer and wine only (no liquor) so if you want to bring along a beverage for the ride, no problem.
Because this event is offered on more than one day, please take careful note of which day you are ordering (see the ticket details below) and order correctly. This event will likely sell out and bus space will be full so switching days will be highly unlikely if you don’t order correctly the first time.
**OBRA has added a small flat fee onto this ticket price to cover website administrative costs. A credit card processing fee of 3% will also be added at checkout. The totals for both these fees is still less than was charged by using third party ticketing agents in the past. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
