We will be exploring the tastes of the Latitude of 35th Parallel N around the globe. Latitude 35N travels through North Carolina, Morocco, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, India, and California. Our celebration is the route of Marco Polo, beginning in 1271 which connects the 35th N parallel to Kublai Khan’s court in China.

We will be serving:

A cup of Moroccan Chickpea Soup

Small Mediterranean Salad, with flavors of Italy and Greece such as arugula, spinach, feta cheese, kalamata olives, Pepperoncini, red onions, cucumber tossed in Olive Oil, oregano and Kosher salt and cracked black pepper.

From India, Yellow Curry and Coconut Dusted Chicken Wings, which are brined baked and fried.

Our chef wil prepare a fusion dish of Italian Pad Thai, made of sauteed shrimp in sweet chili, garlic and tamari sauces blended with sesame oil and tahini, over capellini, topped with fresh basil, buffalo mozzarella and crushed pecans.

Exquisite dessert Knafeh, from the Middle East, is baked with shreds of Phyllo dough with sweet cheese, and rose water flavored simple syrup.

We will have Italian and Spanish wines as well as wines from California and North Carolina, as well as North Carolina craft beers or may be substituted with domestic bottled beer.

Other beverages are available at full price. Our kids menu will be our regular kids menu and soft drinks are extra.
