Good Winds Restaurant and Wine bar is located in the Tri-Village, off the first National sea shore. We are located above Kitty Hawk Kites sports complex, mirroring the Pamlico sound. Our Patio is a giant picture window to the sound and skyline and we are blessed to see the beginning and end of each day and all the beautiful colors the skyline has to offer.
