FIRST COURSE
“Dublin Lawyer”
Winner of the 2024 Outer Banks Shrimp Cook-Off – People’s Choice Award, this classic Irish pub appetizer features fresh local Wanchese shrimp simmered in an Irish whiskey cream sauce. Traditionally enjoyed on special occasions when one wants to feel “as rich as a Dublin lawyer.”

THIRD COURSE
Guinness Bangers & Mash
A generous, shareable portion of Guinness-braised beer brats served with redskin mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, and authentic Bisto gravy.

Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake
Locally handcrafted in Kill Devil Hills by Rebecca Miller of Simply Sweet OBX, this decadent cheesecake is made with real Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur.
