Life is a Beach in Spanish… We are bringing a Spanish flare to our Island in Rodanthe… A beautiful Union of our local seafood & menu offerings w/ a Spanish twist.

The Menu will consist of 4 courses & 1 complementary wine pairing.

Appetizers

1. Ceviche & Pulpo salad w/ Chips classic  fish and shrimp ceviche & octopus salad
2. Tuna Crudo w/citrus vinaigrette & Sofrito
3. Carolina pulled pork stuffed potato skins w creamy chimichurri.
4. Tres Oostras Local Raw Oysters three ways ( chimi, lemon, spicy shooter)
5. Mofongo & Camerons , plantains w/ citrus blacked shrimp with jicama slaw & cilantro lime glaze 

Entrée’s

1. Pescador on a Stick w/ spicy remoulade ( Fish)

Lightly fried fish of the day on a Stix rested on a bed of Rican stewed black eyed peas & cilantro lime rice.

1. Chulita Frita ( fried chop)

Lightly fried Carolina chop w/ southern style green beans & Rican stewed black eyed peas.

1. Classic T-bone w/ Prawns in a Chimichurri drizzle 

Cooked T-bone to your desired temp, paired w/ Southern style green beans & Patatas ( mashed potatoes)

1. Lobster Salad ( ensalada Verde)

One whole lobster halved w/ mixed greens , avocado, red onions, cucumber, tom, feta cheese and a creamy lemon vinaigrette
