Join Brewer Paul Charron, as he pounds his way through history, brewing philosophy and basically “how beer saved the world!”

The Full Moon Brewery in downtown Manteo specializes in British and Irish style beers. They use Marris Otter malt as a base and then add various combinations of Black Patent, Brown malt, Crystal malt, and Roasted Barley (depending on the individual beer.) They use Fuggles, East Kent Golding and Challenger hops. The brew house is a one barrel RIMS system filling one and two barrel fermenters.

Taste the finest ales brewed on the Outer Banks as Paul regales you with beer tales, arcane trivia and brewing minutia. And enjoy a lunch of brewery beer-battered fish and chips which come along with this riveting lecture.  Order quickly as sessions are small and close fast!
