Come and explore the talents of Historic Downtown Manteo’s best restaurants while enjoying an easy stroll to the next location in the new progressive dinner event.

Enjoy your choice of either an appetizer and drink, entrée and drink, or dessert and drink at each location.  All three will be offering their unique selections so you can crawl in any order you like.  For example, start at Full Moon Café and Brewery and choose their appetizer selection, or choose to start at Avenue Grille or Ortega’z if you prefer their offering.  Each location will offer a generous and comparable (value) experience and each are creating a menu that will surely impress.  Menu details for each location is coming very soon to assist you in planning your own unique dining experience and to decide the order of your visits.  If you want to eat dessert first, you can! (as they say “life is short…”)

All three restaurants are within an easy walking distance from each other, so park once and enjoy a short walk in between. The event will run for 4 hours total so you can arrive to start at your convenience.  The whole experience should last about 2-3 hours depending, but you are not locked into specific seating times.

Appetizer choices:
Soft shell crab Quesadilla with lettuce, poblano peppers and queso fresco cheese
or
2 local fresh fish tacos served on a housemade corn tortilla with lettuce, cilantro sauce and pico de gallo

2 pork belly tacos on a flour tortilla with lettuce and pickled cabbage slaw
Entrée choices:
Shrimp and Chorizo Pasta Alfredo – penne pasta tossed in our sundried tomato pesto cream sauce with a sautee of juicy shrimp, spicy chorizo sausage, baby spinach, cremini mushrooms and roma tomatoes
or
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Alfredo – aged parmesan crusted chicken breast, pan-seared and served over penne pasta, house roasted vegetables and a sundried tomato pesto cream sauce
Dessert choices:
A Creamy Traditional Kahlua Flan
or
Apple Cinnamon Churros topped with a rich caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream

Featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, Ortega’z features modern Southwest cuisine and wine bar.

The Full Moon Cafe & Brewery’s menu is eclectic, delicious, incredibly fresh, and never boring. The new on premise microbrewery features specialty beers by Brewmaster Paul.

At the Avenue Grille, inside the Waterfront Shops, you will enjoy Modern Coastal Cuisine and phenomenal views of Shallowbag Bay and Marsh’s Light. As the “new kid on the block”, you will find Avenue Grille hosts a top notch owner/chef, and friendly accommodating service staff, in addition to the food being spot on.

 

**OBRA has added a small flat fee onto this ticket price to cover website administrative costs. A credit card processing fee of 3% will also be added at checkout.
