FIRST COURSE:
Our signature Crabby Mary made with our custom crab/shrimp bloody Mary blend along with our in-house marinated vodka. Served in a logoed pint glass with JO #2 spice on the rim. Garnished with lemon, lime, celery, pickled okra, dilly bean and olive, a steamed shrimp and sno crab leg. You keep the glass!!!
SECOND COURSE:
She Crab-Our Homemade rich cream base soup made from crab stock and roe with a strong kiss of sherry and plenty of crabmeat.
THIRD COURSE:
Crab Salad-Beautiful jumbo lump blue crabmeat folded in a lemon preserve vinaigrette over mixed greens.
FOURTH COURSE:
Rehydration time-Choose from our 12 draft beers or a glass of wine from our list to get ready for what is still to come.
FIFTH COURSE:
Petite Crab Cakes-Yet again the blue crab rises to the forefront on this one. Mixed with spices and pan seared then flanked by a parsley lemon. Served with house-made remoulade sauce (or Cocktail sauce if you must!)
SIXTH COURSE:
The Grand Finale-A trio of North American crab varieties still in their shells. A Sno-crab cluster from Canada, Dungeness cluster from the US Pacific Northwest and a King crab leg from the Aleutian Islands of Alaska. We’ll supply the tools for the cracking along with butter for dippin’. Served with a small side of red potato, fresh corn and smoked sausage.
