Classic Outer Banks 4×4

This event is named “Classic Outer Banks 4×4” because we’re pairing 4 food courses with accompanying beverages (4×4), and we’re offering some “Classic” style eats and drinks, as well as sourcing the seafood as locally as possible.

First Course

Charcuterie plate with Chef’s selection of meats, cheeses, olives, crackers, and accoutrements – served with a Moscow Mule or choice of any of our Martinis.

Second Course

Pan seared scallops with tomato bacon jam over a bed of fresh arugula
OR
Turdunken Roulade sitting on a pool of rosemary giblet gravy (yes, it’s a roll of turkey, duck, and chicken breasts along with 3 distinct stuffings)
Served with a glass of crisp Weinbach Riesling

Third Course

Broiled Carolina Trio (Shrimp, Scallops, and Crab Cake) baked with a light garlic butter sauce. Served with Jasmin rice and broccolini
Suggested included beverage is a glass of Mer Soleil Chardonnay
OR
Beef Wellington – Beef tenderloin topped with Mushroom Duxelles then wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Served atop a pool of red wine demi along with redskin mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus
Suggested included beverage is a glass of Broquel Malbec

Fourth Course

White Chocolate Bread Pudding (Award Winning) in a whiskey sauce served heated and topped with vanilla bean ice cream
OR
Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme – A homemade chocolate custard with a raspberry coulis finished with whipped cream and garden fresh mint
Suggested included cocktail is a Nutty Irishman Coffee (Frangelico, Bailey’s Irish Cream and coffee topped with whipped cream, Green Creme de menthe and fresh garden mint)

Feel free to swap any beverage pairing from our selection of glass wines and draught beers. Also we are open to couples sharing in this event as an option. After reading the delicious pairings we hope you can see why it’s name is “Classic Outer Banks 4×4”.

We expect that those who choose to attend our event will not be in a rush. This event will last a minimum of an hour and a half

Be sure to bring some cash to tip your bartenders and servers! Gratuity is NOT INCLUDED. Thank you for your support!
