This event is named “Classic Outer Banks 4×4” because we are pairing 4 food courses with 4 accompanying beverages (4×4). We are offering some “Classic” style eats and drinks and we are sourcing the seafood as locally as possible for our offerings. We expect that those who choose to come to our event will not be in a rush and should expect to be with us for a minimum of an hour and half with an average of 2 hours.

FIRST COURSE

Charcuterie plate with Chef’s selection of meats, fruits, cheeses, olives, crackers and accoutrements. Served with a Moscow Mule or choice of any Martini.

SECOND COURSE

Choice of Oyster Rockefeller (4). The classic on the shell concoction

OR

Turducken Roulade sitting on a pool of rosemary giblet gravy (yes, it’s a roll of turkey, duck and chicken breast along with 3 distinct stuffings.)

Served with a glass of crisp Covey Run Riesling

THIRD COURSE

Broiled Seafood Combination (flounder, shrimp, scallops, and crab cake with a side of our lemon chive butter, loaded mashers and fresh vegies). Suggested included beverage is a glass of Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay.

OR

Filet Oscar (6oz.) Filet Mignon and grilled asparagus topped with lump crabmeat and bearnaise sause. Served with loaded mashers. Suggested included beverage is a glass of Calores Del Sol Malbec

FOURTH COURSE

White Chocolate Bread Pudding (Award winning) in a whiskey sauce served heated and topped with vanilla bean ice cream.

OR

Hot Chocolate Lava Cake topped with Raspberry liqueur. The finisher is fresh whipped cream and garden fresh mint.

Suggested included cocktail is a Nutty Irishman Coffee (Frangelico, Bailey’s Irish Cream and coffee topped with whipped cream, Green Creme de menthe and fresh garden mint.)

Feel free to swap any beverage pairing from our selection of wines and draught beers. Large groups –  please call ahead to reserve spaces together. Value of this event is in excess of $140, as all taxes are included. We are also open to couples sharing in this event as an option.
