Classic Outer Banks 4×4

$62.50 – $83.50

This event is named “Classic Outer Banks 4 X 4” because we’re pairing 4 food courses with 4 accompanying beverages (4 x 4), we’re offering some “Classic” style eats and drinks and we’re sourcing the seafood as locally as possible for our offerings. We expect that those who chose to come to our event will not be in a rush and should expect to be with us a minimum of an hour and a half.  This event is offered both Thursday and Friday during Taste of the Beach and has a rolling start time – meaning, you may arrive anytime you like (for a lunch or dinner experience). Because this multi-course event will take some time to enjoy, we ask that the latest arrival time be 7:30pm. Reservations are not necessary, but for large parties it would help us serve you better to know when you will arrive. Please call us at 252-449-2722.

FIRST COURSE:

Charcuterie plate with Chef’s selection of meats, cheeses, olives crackers and accoutrements.

Served with a Moscow Mule or choice of any of our Martinis.

SECOND COURSE:

Choice of Oyster Rockefeller (4). The classic on the shell concoction

–OR-

Turducken Roulade sitting on a pool of rosemary giblet gravy (a roll of turkey, duck and chicken breasts along with 3 distinct stuffings).

Served with a glass of crisp Covey Run Riesling

THIRD COURSE:

Broiled Seafood Combination (Flounder, Shrimp, Scallops & Crab Cake with a side of our Lemon Chive Butter, Brabant style fried potatoes & fresh veg).

Suggested included beverage is a glass of Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay.

-OR-

Filet Oscar (6 oz Filet Mignon and grilled asparagus topped with lump crabmeat & Béarnaise sauce. Served with Brabant style potatoes.

Suggested included beverage is a glass of Calores Del Sol Malbec.

FOURTH COURSE:

White Chocolate Bread pudding (Award winning) in a Whiskey Sauce served heated and topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

-OR-

4 Layer Chocolate Yummy. The bottom layer is made of chocolate cookie and honey glazed pecan crunch. Above that is a layer of sweetened cream cheese. Then we top that off with a dense chocolate pudding. The finisher is fresh whipped cream.

Suggested included cocktail is a Nutty Irishman Coffee.

 

Feel free to swap any beverage pairing from our selection of glass wines and draught beers. If you prefer not to partake in the drink pairings you can purchase a ticket below that is at a reduced price and does not include any drinks. You can certainly order whatever you like at your meal and pay separately. Please purchase your tickets correctly and carefully below for your desired day and drink offer.

Value of this special event is in excess of $120 as all taxes, fees and gratuity are included. Also, we are open to couples sharing in this event as an option. After reading the delicious parings we hope you can see why it’s name is “CLASSIC OUTER BANKS 4 x 4”
