Classic Outer Banks 4 x 4
This event is called Classic Outer Banks 4 × 4 because we’re pairing four food courses with four accompanying beverages—a true 4 × 4 experience. Expect classic-style eats and drinks, with seafood sourced as locally as possible to showcase the flavors of the Outer Banks.
This is a relaxed, immersive dining experience. Guests should plan to spend a minimum of 1.5 hours enjoying the courses and pairings at a comfortable pace.
FIRST COURSE
Chef’s Charcuterie Board
A curated selection of meats, cheeses, olives, crackers, and accompaniments designed to awaken your palate with a bold mix of savory, sweet, salty, bitter, spicy, tart, and sour flavors.

SECOND COURSE (Choose One)
Beef Carpaccio
Black pepper–encrusted filet slices on toasted crostini with capers, freshly shaved Parmesan, arugula, and thinly sliced pickled shallots.

THIRD COURSE (Choose One)

NC shrimp, scallops, and lobster in a rich, creamy sauce served with jasmine rice and grilled asparagus.
