This is a truly special opportunity to enjoy a totally unique dining setting along with a multi-course meal that will blow you away! Join us for an Italian inspired dinner featuring seafood from our shore, prepared in traditional Tuscan flavors. Spoil yourself with an 7+ course tasting menu accompanied by paired Italian wines.
Enjoy the gorgeous setting of the oceanfront from the Grande Paradise vacation home by Carolina Designs. This home proved to be the perfect setting for our pop-up dinners last year and we are so very pleased that Carolina Designs has let us use it once again. The home, along with it’s oceanfront panoramic views, boasts formal seating for up to 40 with 3 large dining tables in the expansive upper deck great room. This is a plated, individually served, 7 course dinner but you will be seated family style so you can get to interact and meet other attendees while you dine and between courses. (We received many compliments from guests last year saying they really enjoyed meeting others and sharing this experience).
**MENU**
Sparkling White Wine Welcome (on the oceanfront deck weather permitting) with … Charcuterie Board with salami, pate, cured ham and condiments and Artisan Cheese Platter with dried fruit, candied nuts, fig preserves and artisanal crackers.
Oysters Sampler … Oyster on the half shell, Oyster Bienville, Oyster Rockefeller
Crab Cocktail … Lump crab tossed with Louie sauce on baby greens garnished with caviar & crostini
Clams in Wine … Little neck clams in white wine, garlic, herbs and spices, finished with butter served with crusty Italian bread
Seared Scallops & Linguine … Seared ocean scallops in a brandy cream sauce over tender linguine pasta
Shrimp & Asparagus Risotto … tender pink shrimp and garden asparagus on risotto perfection
Grouper Oreganata … fresh Grouper filet dusted in bread crumbs finished with olio fresh herb sauce
Zuppa Inglese … Italian rum layer cake; vanilla layers laced with rum, pistachio and cherry mouse filling with Italian butter cream
Dinner will be paired with hand selected Italian wines that compliment each courses offerings.
