Join us at Café Lachine and learn how to cook several recipes out of owner, Justin Lachine’s, favorite cookbook – Sean Brock’s “Heritage”.

Chef Justin will demonstrate the recipes using local grains and fresh vegetables. You will be greeted with a champagne reception and hors d’oeuvres as you arrive and you will learn and eat all that is made and be fully satisfied. No small bites here, this is a full multi-course dinner! Limited to just 24 tickets with advanced purchase only. Additional drinks can be purchased during the event if you choose.
