Using Trevisiol’s non-vintage counterpart as a baseline, we’ll discuss the following: What are the characteristics we’ve commonly come to expect from Prosecco, and what affect has aging had on those qualities? Are the variations from year to year subtle or dramatic? What factors during each year may have played a part?
