Striper’s “Tour of the Beach”

The multi-course meal will be paired with two glasses of wine to enjoy. You can arrive anytime between 5:00pm and 8:30pm to enjoy this event at your own schedule and pace, but it is one night only, so be sure and get your tickets before they sell out.

First Course
Kung Pao Calamari
Crispy fried calamari sautéed with bell peppers, onions, pineapple, and peanuts, tossed in a Asian style sauce
Second Course
Southern Spinach Salad
Fresh baby spinach, spiced pecans, BBQ bacon, crumbled blue cheese, and finished with bourbon vinaigrette

Third Course
OBX Cioppino
Fresh local mussels, shrimp, calamari, and rockfish, served in a buttery spiced tomato broth with sweet basil crostini
Fourth Course
Prosciutto Wrapped Tuna
Thinly sliced prosciutto wrapped tuna loin, with smoky squash gratin, crispy sweet potatoes, and finished with chimy churry pesto
