Who doesn’t love European cheeses?? While the cheeses of France and Italy immediately pop to mind, here at Trio, we’ve come to love Spanish cheeses just as much.  Aside from a few standouts, Spanish cheeses have not been widely available in the United States until recently.  However, cheese making has thrived in Spain for centuries and the care with which it’s done is evident in the wide range of styles now available.  Join us as we taste a diverse array of Spanish cheeses.  Your choice of wine or beer will accompany this tasting.
